Bundy is a high-end custom single-family residence in the City of Los Angeles, designed for a hillside setting with a contemporary architectural language focused on clean geometry, privacy, and natural light. The exterior combines smooth light stucco, dark metal framing, glass balcony railings, warm wood accents, and restrained landscaping to create a refined and modern material palette. The spatial concept responds to the sloping site through a layered vertical organization, with elevated balconies, a central entry stair, and large glazed openings that connect interior spaces to outdoor areas and views. A key design challenge was accommodating a generous family residence on the hillside while maintaining efficient access, privacy, and a balanced street presence. The result is a sophisticated Los Angeles home with strong indoor-outdoor connections and a clear contemporary identity.
