Club View is a high-end custom single-family residence in the City of Los Angeles, designed with a bold contemporary language that emphasizes privacy, layered outdoor living, and strong architectural identity. The exterior combines light stone and stucco volumes with dark metal elements, vertical wood screening, expansive glazing, and integrated landscaping to create a sophisticated material palette. The spatial concept organizes the residence around protected terraces and elevated outdoor spaces, using deep roof overhangs and screening elements to control views, shade, and privacy while bringing natural light into the interior. A key design challenge was creating an open and highly glazed home on an urban site without sacrificing privacy or comfort. The result is a distinctive Los Angeles residence that balances sculptural form, warm materials, and seamless indoor-outdoor living.
