Walther Way is a high-end custom single-family residence designed for a dramatic hillside setting, with an architectural concept focused on layered living, expansive views, and seamless connections between interior and exterior spaces. The residence combines dark metal and stucco volumes with warm wood soffits, floor-to-ceiling glazing, natural stone accents, and integrated planting to create a sophisticated contemporary material palette. The spatial concept follows the slope through multiple interconnected levels, terraces, landscaped courtyards, and transparent living areas that maximize daylight and visual connection to the surroundings. A key design challenge was accommodating a substantial residential program on the steep site while maintaining privacy, efficient circulation, and a strong relationship to the terrain.
