Clean white stucco volumes are contrasted with dark textured cladding, warm wood accents, black metal detailing, and expansive glazing, creating a refined and timeless material palette. Deep overhangs, recessed terraces, and carefully positioned windows organize the façade while controlling light and privacy. The spatial concept emphasizes fluid indoor-outdoor living, with generous openings connecting the main living areas to terraces and garden spaces. A key design challenge was introducing a modern architectural language within an established Beverly Hills neighborhood while responding sensitively to the site’s mature landscaping and residential scale, resulting in a distinctive yet carefully integrated contemporary residence.
