Alpine is a high-end custom single-family residence in the City of Beverly Hills, designed with a refined contemporary language that emphasizes clean geometry, privacy, and indoor-outdoor living. The exterior combines smooth light stucco, warm vertical wood screening, dark metal detailing, large areas of glazing, and integrated landscape elements to create a calm, sophisticated material palette. The spatial concept organizes open, light-filled living spaces around landscaped courtyards and garden views, while deep overhangs and screening elements help control sun exposure and privacy. A key design challenge was creating a modern family residence with generous transparency while maintaining a comfortable relationship to the street and surrounding neighborhood.
