The exterior combines light brick and stone, vertical wood cladding, dark metal roofing, black-framed windows, and restrained landscape elements to create a refined and timeless material palette. The spatial concept emphasizes natural light, comfortable family living, and a strong relationship between interior spaces and private outdoor areas, while the street elevation maintains a welcoming neighborhood scale.
