Supervising logistics for construction of residential developments. Manage the ordering and delivery of building materials to construction sites. Responsible for project scheduling of labor and sub-contractors. Order and schedule appropriate equipment, trucks and personnel to deliver needed materials. Providing quotes and estimations regarding the overall project, as well as project stages, to management and to customers (in-person, by phone and by email).
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Admin., or related (foreign equivalent ok).
