The façade combines light natural stone, smooth stucco, warm wood doors and windows, clay tile roofing, and ornamental metalwork to create a timeless and elegant character. Symmetrical massing, arched openings, balconies, and a clearly defined central entry establish a strong sense of proportion and arrival. The spatial concept organizes the residence around generous, light-filled living areas with direct connections to landscaped outdoor spaces, while maintaining privacy from the street. A key challenge was integrating a substantial contemporary family program within the scale and architectural character of the Beverly Hills neighborhood, resulting in a residence that feels both distinguished and contextually grounded.
