Rodeo is a high-end custom single-family residence in the City of Beverly Hills, designed with a contemporary architectural language that emphasizes clean geometry, natural light, and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living. The façade combines light stone and stucco surfaces with warm vertical wood screening, dark metal accents, and expansive glazing to create a refined and modern material palette. The spatial concept organizes the home around open, light-filled living areas, shaded terraces, and carefully framed views while maintaining privacy from the street. A key design challenge was balancing generous contemporary spaces with the scale and character of an established Beverly Hills neighborhood, resulting in a residence that feels elegant, functional, and distinctly modern.
